Hi everyone, I'm going into my 4 month of ttc. These are the things I'm trying out this month...
- proceive supplement tablets
- increasing iron in my diet
- Sperms meets Egg plan
- substituting almond milk for whole milk. Apparently dairy supports ovulation!
I'm also going to use ovulation predictor tests to see when I'm most fertile and my hubby is taking daily supplements.
