TTC with one fallopian tube

I'm 36 soon and after an ectopic pregnancy last year I'm scared about trying again, obviously risk of another ectopic, the fact im older now and I have the most excruciating pains when I ovulate from where my tube was. Not even morphine touches it, so it might be months and months of hell and I might not even get pregnant. Because of the pain I'm unsure how long I'll be able to try for.

Does anyone have any positive stories about conceiving after losing a tube? I'd appreciate any x

Both DS1 and DS2 were conceived within 2months of ttc with one tube.

The 2ww after a bfp were total stress and knicker watch, but otherwise no issue.

DS1 didn't have a heartbeat at my 6 week scan, but was in the right place. All normal from 8 weeks. DS2 had a hb at 6weeks.

I have conceived 3 times with only one tube and I am 37. I also have horrendous ovulation pain every month. Good thing about it is I know when I conceive and know what date my babies are due to be born with is pretty amazing and crazy at the same time.

During each pregnancy I had early scans after the ectopic to ensure my babies were in the right place. I was also told by a doctor that regardless what side I ovulate on the egg will find it’s way down!
