Different early symptoms for different pregnancy?

Hi
Just wondering if your symptoms started at different stages and were different for your different pregnancies?

I had a early miscarriage a couple of months ago. My boobs were sore and I felt nauseous super early and tested positive at 8 dpo.
So now when I get to 8 dpo and don't have symptoms I just feel like there is no hope... should I expect the same symptoms as a previous pregnancy or is it reasonable for them to be different?
Thanks!!

I'm talking about very early symptoms like in the first 6 weeks - I have never gotten further than that so wouldn't know how to compare later on!

I had HG and my first symptom each time was early starting nausea before I confirmed the pregnancy.

Other than that each felt different and had some variations - try not to worry too much. There are so many factors which can affect how each pregnancy feels.

My second baby produced a horrible metallic taste in my mouth quite early on which my midwife said could well indicate a different sex baby - she was correct! I don't know how reliable it is but there is some evidence that women's bodies can respond differently to the hormone behaviour as a male or female foetus develops.

Morning sickness from wk4 with the girls, but only from week 6 or 7 with the boys. The morning sickness ('morning' ha bloody ha!) itself was less bad with each dc, but that was because I learned to manage it better and dh was able to support me better with each dc, not because I was less sick.

First pregnancy - extremely sore boobs from 9dpo and lasted until surgical management. Had a mmc.

Second pregnancy - very sore boobs from 6 weeks - 12 weeks. Had my dd.

Third pregnancy - implantation spotting, boobs sore from 6 weeks and that lasted until 11 weeks. Weren't very sore at all. Currently 28+4 with a boy.

Interesting that your earliest sore boobs ended in a loss (so sorry.) and mine did too.
Hopefully no sore boobs this early is good..

I had very different symptoms with 4 early pregnancies. I miscarried number 1 and 3 so I felt very anxious and watched my symptoms closely. My first successful pregnancy was almost asymptomatic so yes, all very different. Hope this helps.
