Date of Conception Question

I went for a scan at what I thought was at 13 weeks 6 days.
The scan GA was 14 weeks 6 days.
Looking at conception calculators - it states I conceived on 11th May.
I had sex on 15th May. LMP was 4th May. Last sex on 26th April.
I cannot understand why it was dated 14 weeks 6 days when the minimum could have been 14 weeks 2 days (if 15th May was the day of conception).
Does that mean baby came from doing the deed on 26th April?

Are you taller than avg? Both of mine measured about a week earlier than I knew would have been physically possible so I put it down to this. Even at 12-14 weeks, surely there must be some variation in size, based on parents heights.

Yes - I’d say I’m a little taller than average. It was a bit odd because the blood test report noted 14 weeks 5 days based on the HC measurements, but the scan dated it 14 weeks 6 days. I just couldn’t figure whether the baby may be too small or a little big. Especially when it’s noted that scans are accurate…

Hello, I’m after some advice please.
In June I had a miscarriage. I bled for a few days around 4. Me and partner, had sex, and continued for the rest of june. Then July, we fell out I did not see him. No sex for the whole of July. I had a period on the 12th of July for four days, and again on the 19 of July for 6 days. My periods are usually irregular. Then this month we started sleeping together again. My period is late. So I’ve done a pregnancy test, I did a clear blue, it’s came up positive 2-3. Would this mean I conceived in June? Because I tried to work it out I thought I’d be 6-7 weeks pregnant. Or would I conceived in August, and I’ve found out super earlier. Or is the pregnancy test just picking up previous pregnancy from my miscarriage. I’ve tried calling my
doctors but she wasn’t much help and said to wait for an emergency scan but that could be 4-6weeks wait.
