4/4 evaps on FRERS

I've only ever had one evap on an FRER before and it was from a days old test I found at the bottom on the bin when clearing out rubbish.

It was a clear evap, completely grey and see through when held to light.

AF due tomorrow and have taken 4 FRER the last few days and all have had evaps. They are hard to photograph but have attached the best pics I can get of these.

Bought two packs from different stores but have heard of people having bad evaps on these? Particularly ones from Amazon?

Is there any other pink line tests around that I can try again with if AF doesn't appear tomorrow?

Have taken a Sainsbury's own brand blue dye and it has a faint line.. but I don't trust these tests!

FRER have changed considerably in the last few years. They so often have evaps now even before you take them out of the casing (and definitely after).

Pain! They aren't even on offer for me locally at the minute either.

They’re so crap now. I got so many evaps - pink ones. Although when they work, they do still work so you’re not out of the game yet. I still used them but I changed my bar of what I’d take as a positive.

Scratch that 5/5 on evap lines.

Totally transparent when held to light.

How many DPO are you?

I even got to the point with them where I’d do a control with water and it was still there.

I'm not sure! I had a MC in July and my cycle has been different since.

Also same with dipping tests in water! Went to shops and double checked. £10.48 for a pack of FRER so that's me not testing until next week 😂🥲.

I got about 8 evaps with FRER was convinced I was pregnant. I'm afraid I very much wasn't.
Same with sainsburys own blue dye ones.

I won't test before period 12dpo now, and I know I'll get a clear positive then as I did with my ds and unsuccessful pregnancies!

But if you take the test out of the packet it will dry quicker and you're more likely to get an evap. Same happened with me 4 times 🙈

I had see people giving off to others about doing this as it invalidates the test

Didn't know that was the reason why!

I take mine out after it's all dried because honestly the idea of all that pee turns me 🤢.
