TSH levels

Hi!
A few months ago, amongst other bloods, I had my TSH levels measured which came out at 2.58. within the NHS these fall under 'nornal' but I have read that to conceive these levels need to be 2.5 / 2 or lower but no less than 1.
Does anyone have any experience of this? Lowing TSH levels naturally? Or pursuing this with a private clinic? I live in London. A quick Google search hasn't left me much clearer on how I can pursue private treatment for this. Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed any light!

Hi there!
Following but no advice unfortunately. My TSH levels most recently were 2.85 (also above recommended 2.5) but my Gp wasn’t concerned by this. I’ve looked into it a fair bit and Dr Google points to hypothyroidism which can be supplemented with dietary iodine but it seems to be quite controversial at prevent.
Would love to hear about other experiences…

Hi did anyone get treated for low Tsh my tsh level is 0.2 my endocrinologist said there's no treatment to bring tsh within range I'm also struggling to conceive and read it has to be above 1 but below 2.4 can anyone help me on this

It varies throughout the day. I had as high as 3 and as low as .8 when ttc, and that was without taking anything. These are normal readings. If they were constantly around the 4 or 5 mark I'd say medication might be beneficial but these levels are most likely normal variation of very normal.

Hi can I ask what level you Tsh was when you conceived I know it night before normal for some but I had a chemical and the month I had the chemical pregnancy my tsh was 0.60 also had a miscarriage at 8 weeks the month I concieved my Tsh was 0.71 I believe I have no problem getting pregnant when it's in the higher range closer to 1 but it drops then and causes me to miscarriage is there a medication I can get prescribed to keep this stable ?

I have been trying to conceive over 4 years had a miss carriage at 8 weeks in 2021 and a bio chemical April 2022
I had my tsh level checked and my tsh is 0.2 I have read that to have a stable pregnancy and to conceive your tsh levels needs to be between 1 and 2.4 the months I conceived my tsh levels was 0.71 with my misscarriage at 8 weeks the month I had a chemical my tsh was 0.60 I haven’t been able to conceive since I believe it is because my tsh is so low I have tested negative to Graves’ disease and Hashimoto’s disease, lupus and celiac so the endocrinologist done a thyroid scan with iodine and said my thyroid is inflamed so suspects Thyroiditis but said there’s no treatment what’s so ever to get my tsh within range and that Thyroiditis has to go away on it’s on I believe it’s reacurring Thyroiditis and won’t resolve on its own so there for my tsh will not rise If it’s not treated can anyone help me or point me in the direction of endocrinologist that will treat a low tsh or prescribe me something to help me I have read ladies that was prescribed cambrazole I think that’s what’s it call and thyroxine was able to get there tsh stable and high enough within range to conceive please help me
