Ovulation day - 2ww Buddies

Just that reallly! Had a positive ovulation test yesterday and today, so should be ovulating very soon! Would anyone like to join the 2ww with me?? X

Hi! I'm 1DPO! Positive OPK on Wednesday and think I ovulated yesterday. Question... how often do you DTD in your fertile window?

@sunflower25049 as much as we can! So I try to do it every other day when I see ewcm, then three days over a positive opk, so fire positive was yest, so last night tonight and tomorrow.

I have really long cycles of about 45 days, ovulation between 28 & 32

Do you test before AF Or wait it out?? X

Can I join? I am on CD16. Usually I have a 27-29 day cycle. Although it wouldn’t be completely unusual for me to have a longer cycle as have in the past.

The last couple of cycles I have had strong ovulation tests around CDl6. I believe I ovulate around CD16-18. Although I think this means I have a short luteal phase 🤷🏼‍♀️

I decided not to use ovulation tests for this cycle 😬. And just DTD every other day 🤞🏼

I usually give in and test before AF but last cycle I resisted temptation and waited it out. So here we go again… but at least I am fully stocked on pregnancy test hopeful of an opportunity to use them 🙌🏻

Would love to join. I think I ovulated yesterday based off positive OPKs and CM. Thought I would have seen a bigger BBT rise this morning, so fingers crossed that happens tomorrow.
We're trying for our third...and final as we already have two DD.

Hi all. I’m 1dpo based on positive OPk’s Wednesday and CM tracking. I’m on cycle 5 now so have kind of given up feeling hopeful as it’s so hard when AF arrives but we will keep on trying.

@B93 @Flashback58 hey!! Hopefully we get some good news this month! My temping isn't accurate as I don't sleep well, I think I ovulated yesterday, this morning still getting a static face on digital but cheap strip has gone negative... so maybe happened in the night? X

You'd think the digital is more sensitive and accurate than the cheep ones so maybe that's all good. I only use the cheep ones.
Unfortunately no tempt spike for me this morning so thinking my body tried to ovulate but didn't. I'll keep taking OPKs and see if I get another positive this cycle.

Ahhh ok, we have DTD every day but I read every other and every day isn't much in it so I thought I'd give us the best chance possible.

Ummmm I tell myself I am going to wait but last 2 months I have tested from 10DPO but reading the not pregnant is heart breaking so Im going to try really hard not to test this month until AF is late which is 14th October..... it seems so far away 😂😂😂 what about you? Xxx

@sunflower25049 same! I want to try wait but probably won't!!! I don't know what's worse a negative test or coming on! I think when I test negative at 10DPO I know I'm out so it just makes the wait till next ovulation feel even longer! How long have you been trying now?

@Flashback58 yeah I think it maybe is, I'll test again tomorrow, will try DTD Again tonight and then it's three days covered,
My temp spike used to take a couple of days when I did it religiously. I don't really rely on it too much anymore as have too much broken sleep xx

I came off the pill in March but had an early miscarriage end of May/ beginning of June.
Didn’t get a period then until August.

@sunflower25049 I resisted temptation last cycle. However that is the first time 🤦🏼‍♀️. My husband doesn’t help and only encourages my bad habit of testing early.

Hopefully we will have lots of good news this month 🤞🏼

@B93 I'm sorry for your loss :( I had a MC In June at 12 weeks ending in surgery it was awful!

My husband is the opposite! He has the patience of a saint! He would have me wait till I was a week late!?

I tend to bleed in pregnancy, even when I had my daughter I bled on and off throughout. When I found out I was pregnant at end of April I had just had a ‘period’. Then a few days later I started with sickness. He told me to test then. ‘Period’ isn’t necessary end game for me. However I do get sickness from the get go 🤦🏼‍♀️

@B93 so I've had two losses one early one further on, bled in both those, my successful pregnancy I had no bleeding, but had horrific sickness from week 6!! X

So sorry to hear about your losses ladies. I can't imagine how hard they must have been

With testing I usually put it off until time AF should arrive - that way I have a little bit of hope for longer and then a more definitive answer when I do test.

It's all such an emotional rollercoaster isn't it?! I talk to my husband about some stuff but he doesn't understand all the intricacies of CM, temping etc.

I had a temperature spike this morning so maybe a delayed BBT rise or I ovulated a day or two after I thought. Or maybe it's just a one off spike. Guess we'll see over the next few days.

@Flashback58 I used to use that app! Found it clearest for temping etc! I think I'm going to hold off this cycle! Like you say it's clearer I hate squinting at tests!!! (I bet I don't) I think I'm 1/2dpo today so will be due Friday 14th I think? When will you be due? X

@Moosh18 I’m like that too. I lost almost 2 stone in 3 weeks when I miscarried from the sickness. That was my fifth pregnancy and one DD. I think it’s safe to say I am not great at this pregnancy malarkey 🙈

I did an ovulation test this morning. I don’t even know what possessed me to as not bothered doing them this cycle. It’s a strong positive so I assume I am going to ovulate soon. Does anyone have a short luteal phase? I’m not sure if this is causing me problems. But I definitely ovulate as had bloods done to check this a few times.

@Moosh18 I think Wed 12th will be the earliest I'll test. Although will be symptom spotting for the next 10 days!

I've also just started taking B6 vitamins which is what I was taking when I fell pregnant with my second daughter.

@Flashback58 Someone recommended taking vitamin B6 and C to length luteal phase. I will go get some ready for my next cycle - just incase this one isn’t the one 🤞🏼

I've started taking two diff things, which is conceive plus ovulation support and conceive plus fertility support! Since taking these my LP has gone back to 14 days, which is what it always used to be pre pregnancy, but after pregnancy it changed to between 9-11! X

So I started taking them about a month and a half ago? And the first full month I took them was the month my LP returned to 14 days, pre pregnancy you could set your watch by my LP I would always come on in the morning of 14dpo but after pregnancy it was all over!!! X

Hey ladies! I'm 5dpo at most, I'm pretty sure! But last two days I've had ewcm, so did an opk, which was really positive! I know I ovulated due to temps.... so did a hpt as heard opks can be positive if pregnant, and I'm pretty sure I can see a line!? But I'm only 5dpo?? Have I just totally and utterly lost the plot??

@Moosh18 I can see a line, what CD are you? I thought it was practically impossible to get a positive that early because implantation formally happens 6-10DPO?! I really don't have any experience! Maybe test again on Thursday? Xxx
