Currently ttc #1 and this is our second cycle. This is probably just crazy symptom spotting but I’ve had a lower back pain on left hand side for a few days now (period due on Tuesday) and it’s like nothing I’ve ever felt before - it feels internal IYKWIM rather than a muscular pain. Could this be pregnancy related? Anyone had similar and got their BFP?
