No period and no BFP

As it states really! TTC for 3rd baby. DS1 and DS2 were surprises so didn't find out until period was well overdue. My cycle is very long anyway, 38 days the norm. No period on day 40 and BFN.

I haven't tested for ovulation, been using Flo for years now and we just DTD nearly every day over the 9 day window it gave me. (So yes, could be totally wrong for my ov date)

I know day 40 compared to day 38 isn't late but 38 was my latest if you get me 😂 so I'm surprised as 40 seems ridiculous.

Can't decide if my tests are going to turn positive or if nature is playing some cruel trick on me!

Any ideas? Wait a week and retest?

I’d wait and retest. Difficult to know if you have long cycles. Or get some cheapies and test in two days (I do not have the patience for a week tbh).

This is it, I've not managed to go more than 2 days without testing 😆
