I have had a fertility MOT and the ultrasound showed a low follicle count. 2 on right ovary, the left was hard to visualise but could see 1 from what she could see. I know the AMC will be low, there's no doubt. IVF is not on the cards for us, a choice we have made already. I am 41 so not unexpected but still feel cheated out of my fertility! I just wondered if there is anyone out there who is in a similar position or has managed to conceive naturally despite the odds? What did you try to help? Did you make any specific lifestyle changes.
I obviously know that we are born with all the eggs we will ever had and that quality declines etc etc
