Would it be too late to try?

I had stretchy cm on Saturday, would it be too late to have sex today? We haven't been able to before today as hubby has not been well. I have also noticed that not all months i have stretchy cm, also worried about my chances of conceiving at 41.

@Lauraliverpool you can get EWCM up to 5 days before ovulation so it can’t hurt to give it a go rather than wondering what if.

I get that CM anything from 2-5 days before ovulation (tracked with opk’s) so definitely worth it

@allgoodthings84 I used to track ovulation but then it got a bit too much. It's strange because sometimes I really notice it, then other times not so much.

@Lauraliverpool I got more stressed the cycle I couldn’t track as my ovulation does vary by 4 days so makes a difference. I also like knowing exactly when AF is due as it’s always 13 days after ovulation

I definitely have more CM some cycles than others

@allgoodthings84 I know when my af is near is the back ache. Also when ovulation is approaching I start to feel different if that makes sense? It's strange how cm can vary, I definitely noticed it yesterday and I think it's still there today.
