Anyone want a TWW buddy?

I'm 1DPO today, 6th cycle of TTC after MMC in March after which it took ages for my first period. Would love some TWW buddies. I'm old so going to go down fertility route if I'm not pregnant this month so already feeling anxious!

OV was either yesterday or today. How are you feeling? Sorry to hear about MMC. 💐

Thanks. I usually start the two weeks feeing pretty calm and then lose the plot by about 9/10DPO! How about you?

Different situation to you, cycle #5 TTC for number 2. But this feels like the first month when things have aligned DTD, OV, CM etc and it might actually happen. Not tracking BBT this time (yet). Mixture of excitement but trying not to get carried away and end up disappointed 😞

Similar, this will hopefully be number 2 for us too, my daughter is nearly three and I initially conceived quickly but unfortunately miscarried, it's getting me down now as if I hadn't miscarried I'd be having a baby next month!

That’s really hard. I can’t say I know how it feels but I empathise. Days are normally long but the weeks fast with a toddler but everything just feels painfully slow with this wait. I’m thinking “what stick can I pee on today”?

So true! Feels awful that I'm always wishing half the month away (or more with period too!). Hopefully it will happen for both of us soon. 🤞🤞🤞

Hi Ladies! 4dpo myself trying for baby number 1 and cycle #2. Thought I had done everything perfect last month and even though I know the statistics, I was so gutted. Trying to hold off testing until 10 dpo!

I'm going to try and wait until 12DPO or even the day my period is due- it's so hard though, I usually fail and give in at about 10DPO

Symptom spotting at 3dpo 😂 sore boobs anyone?
I know I’m ridiculous but can’t help it.
Cycle hasn’t been regular since my last pregnancy 27-37 days but had a positive OPK on the day we DTD. So I think I’m due on 7 October.

Also symptom spotting and stressing about every single twinge. I've had mild pelvic pain since ovulation which seems worse today, I'm 3DPO, I've had really bad ovulation pain for the last few months but it wasn't so bad this month but I have this ongoing pain but I don't know if I'm just hyper-aware and also off work today so no distraction.
I'm due my period on the 8th October- I do at least have v regular cycles it's the only thing I have going for me! I've booked to have my first fertility blood tests on the 7th October, assuming I'll have a BFN confirmed by then.

@Cegbee and @PurBal I'm the same! 5DPO and felt some sharp cramps when I stood up today but went away quickly. Hoping it's something happening but not sure you feel anything at this stage!

I'm 3dpo on first cycle for number 2 (dd is nearly 11 so this feels completely new to me lol) not sure if I've ovulted or not though, I had the EWCM but my opks were still classed as negative even though they gave the strongest reading on that day. Still, I want to be hopeful and believe there is a chance 🙂

@CreatingLittlePudding still a chance. First time round I’d be squinting at lines and if they were even a little fainter I’d think I’d missed the surge. Now I’m like that’s strong enough to be positive, or will be soon anyway.

@CreatingLittlePudding hello, are your cycles regular? My LH peak is rapid so I always test twice a days from CD 11 until I get a peak because otherwise I could miss it.

@Cegbee Yes I'm reguar, I've read the lpks just don't work as well for some women so I wonder if that could be why.

I feel like its dragging and only 4dpo, i had my hormonal coil out this cycle and I've woke up this morning with a lot of cramping, so it's either due to hormone levels returning, AF on the way, or pregnancy but it would be super early for the last two options so im thinking it might be coil related. Why do all symptoms have to be so similar!? 🤔🤔

How are you feeling today? And how many dpo are you?

@Cegbee really similar situation to you! I am 6DPO and on cycle number 6 after MMC in April. I also have my first fertility bloods booked for the 10th October if I don’t get a BFP this cycle. And they have also booked me for a scan and OH getting sperm analysis.
Not really having any symptoms…had sore nipples from 1dpo to 4dpo but no longer sore at all. I was super emotional yesterday but think that’s more because this whole TTC is getting me a little down now rather than being a symptom but we will see!

@emhope I'm 6dpo as well and feel it's draaaaaaging!! When do you think you might test?

@emhope, yes so similar! I'm totally fed up with TTC but still really scared of doing the blood tests, etc. Still holding onto hope that it'll happen 🤞🤞

@CreatingLittlePudding, I'm 4DPO today, the last 4 days have felt like 4 weeks though! I've had nausea for the last few cycles in my luteal phase- so cruel!

@CreatingLittlePudding My gynaecologist told me that you can technically get pregnant just by removing your Mirena. So if you have sex in the days before your coil comes out and you ovulate on the days after: ta dah!

4dpo, boobs very sore (they were in my first pregnancy too). I might POAS at 8dpo (Sunday), early I know 😂 but it’s a definite drag

Hey 👋 possibly in my TWW let me try and explain... this is my Second Cycle TTC baby #2 (DS is 2yrs old). My cycles are irregular (been tracking since Feb and longest was 39days shortest was 22days -what the heck!?) Anyway I didn't have chance to do my opk this month for a few reasons so assumed I was out, had super light spotting CD14 and assumed it was ovulation spotting (never noticed it before but what else could it be?) But didn't BD. Fast forward to CD23 and I get EWCM we did the BD but After googling I had read that you can get EWCM shortly before your AF... I also had cramping and super low mood so was expecting AF any day. Well now a week later and no AF yet so I am hoping and praying that the late EWCM on CF23 was ovulation and that we caught it and that would make me now about 6dpo. But also expecting AF to show up any day. I don't know what to think 😆

Complete newbie but hoping I can join you guys. Diagnosed with PCOS and had my coil removed earlier this month. It’s our first month TTC baby No.1. I’m just 2DPO, you ladies are made of strong stuff having weathered these 2 weeks multiple times, I’m overthinking everything already!

I'm really not made of strong stuff! I'm so impatient and have allowed it to really take over most of my thoughts on a daily basis - especially in the TWW.

Is anyone testing their temp? I've tried doing it this month and it's just given me something else to obsess about!

@Cegbee @Wish93 I agree, it consumes my thoughts too, I'm constantly googling "#dpo" to try and find stories of women getting their BFPs on that dpo 😅. This is only my second cycle ttc baby #2 (conceived my DS the first cycle last time) and I expected to get my bfp my first cycle this time, I was so obsessed took so many tests and then of course AF came and I was so gutted so I am trying to be a little less obsessive about it now.... trying 😆

I'm not testing temp yet - are you using it to track ovulation or can it tell you if you might be pregnant?

@Cegbee It definitely feels like it's been weeks and not days! I'm hoping I can hold out until missed period to test but I'm not making any promises.

@PurBal My nurse said the same thing but ive also read it can take up to 3 months for fertility to return so we shall see! Definitely feel like I'll test early too but I really want to try and wait
