hello ladies, i hope you are all well :)

i am currently 18 dpo and wanted to know whether you would categorise this as a BFP or would my lines have to be darker?

a little background:
we had a missed miscarriage earlier in the year. today would have been the due date. we have been trying to conceive since but have not had any luck i’m afraid.

i have been testing relentlessly and got my first faint positive with easy@home at 15dpo. with other brands, i had squinters from 14 dpo until now. these were visible to my eyes only and i doubt any other human eyes (including my husband’s.)

i really want to just be happy and hopeful and stop testing as i really think it is taking a toll on me! i know that many of you can relate to the anxiety this process induces, at each stage of every cycle. and i appreciate that there are women who have been dealing with this for months and years on end :( baby dust to all ❤️

i would appreciate your expert assessments please!

thank you for taking the time to read my post :) xx

Those lines aren’t faint they are definitely bfp. Congratulations!

thank you so much for your response @allgoodthings84 :) with all the faint lines i’ve seen this week, i have been worried that i might be looking at a chemical pregnancy so i found this so reassuring ❤️

Congrats !

thank you @ree348! ❤️ i don’t know if it’s okay for me to be excited - can a late BFP result in a successful pregnancy? i think i have a lot of googling to do!

is it ok for me to stop testing or would you advise that i continue to? i desperately want to stop temping and checking for line progression and second guessing 😰

Stop testing. Test in a week for reassurance if you want but that's a clear positive! Congratulations!

venicechick · 24/09/2022 16:43

@girlmom21 thank you! ❤️ we’re going away on monday morning, so i think i’ll try to keep my mind off of testing and then try a clear blue digital when i’m back next thursday. i want to stay away from lines for a good while!

A clear yes.

HebeSunshine · 24/09/2022 16:49

That’s most definitely positive, congrats. Stop testing and chill BrewCake
