I’m on my first cycle after coming off the mini pill, I’ve been tracking my temperature in preparation for ttc and it’s showing a rise along with a day of ewcm on Sunday. We dtd Sunday night and since then I’ve have a dull cramp pain low in my uterus. I know this soon it wouldn’t be entirely connected to conception, but could it be a good sign that I did ovulate and may be pregnant this month? For background I have PCOS and endo so I have all the symptoms and fertility issues with them. What temperature rise should I look for to be sure it’s happened? Any advice would be appreciated, I’m really nervous after ttc for years and nothing happening hence why I went on the mini pill for a break. Tia
