Trying to conceive

Hi

I have been trying to conceive for over a year now with no luck

I have had my progesterone levels checked and also a pelvic scan which all results came back normal

Would anyone please kindly give me some advice or recommend anything that helped them to get pregnant.

Hi, has your partner had sperm analysis? Do you know if you're ovulating? Have you had your AMH tested? I would perhaps suggest a full fertility check on both partners as a first step.

No my partner has not been tested yet but he will soon, hes got an appointment. Whats an AMH testing?

Yes I ovulate every month, its been checked through blood test and also i use ovulation tests to check and they r positive

AMH is an indication of your ovarian reserves.'I'm surprised you were offered it when you had other bloods and scan. I definitely suggest your partner gets sperm analysis done - it could be you're very fertile and he's not?

Get his sperm checked.
I had bloods too see if I was ovulating.
I am.
Tell him to take zinc AND vitamin C (recommended by doctor)
Plus Coq10
You need to be taking folic acid

Yes iv been taking folic acids for months, he is getting tested soon now. Thanks for ur help Smile
