When to take a FRER?

I feel like the way they word the packaging and leaflet is all marketing, I just want a straight answer on when I can take one 🙈 6 days before your missed period - what does it mean? How many DPO?

They assume you have a 14 day luteal phase and the day of your missed period is 15DPO so from 9DPO. It doesn't really work if you have a shorter luteal phase, say 12 days, 7DPO would be far too early.

I've had squinters at 8DPO and 9DPO, but I know if I took one at 10DPO and there's no line then I'm out. So I would say 10DPO but I guess the later the better for more accurate results.

It also depends when implantation occurs- eg 6dpo vs 12dpo, and anywhere in between.

@Blue2020 thank you - they say they detect 95% of pregnancies by 5 days before your missed period, so 10DPO. Isn't that a bit early?

10dpo is when I got my line on the FRER x

I have found FRER reliable at 10 dpo but would consider them 100% at 12dpo. If 12dpo is a negative on a FRER, you aren't pregnant
