Can I get pregnant from this?

I’m ovulating today
had sex yesterday (14th) at 1am
And the day before (13th) at 1am
or do I need to be having it on ovulation day? My partner doesn’t get home from work till 7

Thankyou! I had a fertility psychic reading in June 2021 that predicted I’d conceive in September 2023. I’ve seen all the signs they said I’d see too (a rare animal) so not something you’d usually see everyday. It’s so frustrating, both me and my partner are mid 20s with no health problems, first DC was conceived by the condom splitting one time!

Sperm lives in your vagina/uterus/falopian tubes for up to 5-7 days. You can totally get pregnant in these circumstances.

As for "you can get pregnant any time in your cycle"... well no. There's only a one week period each cycle that you are fertile. But since the day you ovulate might vary cycle to cycle and it's quite hard to determine, you can't say for sure that any point in your cycle is fertile or infertile unless you test with an ovulation kit
