Random late ovulation

Hi, just want to get some other opinions…
has anyone else randomly ovulated a week late? My cycles are usually 26-28 days long and I’m not on any contraception. AF was due last Friday, but still not here, got a BFN so I’m not pregnant. I had EWCM on cycle days 13-15 and then again 20-23 so thought something might be up and suspect AF will now make an appearance on Friday (CD 35). So strange because it’s not normal for me (I’m 27), has anyone else randomly experienced this?

This cycle I ovulated 5 days later than usual. I measure opk and bbt. My cycles are usually 31 days, with ovulation around cd18. This time it occurred on cd23. The only thing I can think is at the start of the cycle I had a swollen gland in my neck for a few days, I didn’t even have a sore throat or illness other than that. I had cervical mucus at the right point to indicate the right ovulation time but then it just kept going for 5 more days.
