When do you count cd1?

After a miscarriage?

I should know this but it’s been 6 years since my last MMC.

I started spotting 15th august, 17th august confirmed mc and 19th heavy bleeding and lost sac.

would you count cd1 as 15th or the 19th?

I know it’s hardly a huge difference.

I'd count from the day I had a full flow. Anything red.
