IVF with cyst?

I was about to start IVF (just the transfer, embryos already made) and have discovered through a scan that I have a 9cm cyst. That's all I know at the moment until the report is sent to my GP.

Just wondering does this mean the transfer is definitely off for October or November? Am I looking at an op before I can go ahead? I'd like to adjust my expectations as quickly as I can.

some Cysts come and go after ovulation /with hormones. They will probably scan you again and hopefully it will have gone and you will be fine to then go ahead with the cycle.
