Just got a faint BFP but was getting positive OPK's just a week ago???

Hi - I have long cycles 37/38 days. My lmp was 14 Dec and so today is CD41. However on CD 29, 20, 31 I had positive OPK's. I tested today anyway because I was feeling sick..but I have no idea how to calculate how pregnant by this. If the OPK's were wrong then I could now be 4 weeks (ie ovulated somewhere around 22-26) but if the OPK's were right I've probably only just had implantation.The line on the HPT was a barely there, squint and you'll lose it type!

Does anyone have any experiences of positive OPKS and LH surges, AFTER conception ?..should I take the OPK's as accurate (they were a bit odd as I had 2 days when the lines looked equal which you're supposed to take as positive and 2 days when they were strong positives)

I got a positive preg test nine days post ovulation. Quite faint. You need to test with first morning urine though in case it's an evaporation line. Good luck.

I think I read somewhere that OPK's would be positive when pregnant...

Wow, thanks Teuch, so either the OPK's are right and I'm just pregnant or I ovulated early for me (my cycles used to be 31 days til ofcourse I started ttc!) and I was watching myself getting pregnant (didn't start doing OPKS til about day 24). So my window was from Day 17-Day 30 which were the dates when we were 'at it'! Have no idea how the docs will work out a due date.

i was 15 days pg wen i got my bfp not sure how that one came about. I also got a bfp on a opk when pg congratulations x
