Ewcm?? Tmi pics warning

Hey guys! I hope I’m in the right thread, I came off the pill after 11 years last month as me & my husband are ttc, I had my withdrawal bleed and then a few days later we started ttc on what I assumed were my fertile days, I never had Ewcm during these days it stayed creamy and light the whole time 3 days ago I started having cramps like mild period cramps these last for 3 days and stopped today but this afternoon I did my daily cm inspection and noticed it felt really gooey ‘up there’ so I scooped and I pulled out the stretchiest gooiest cm (bare in mind I’ve been on the pill so long I never would see any fertile mucus) so anyways I’ve had this cm all day and a lot of it, my boobs are a bit tender at the sides and when walking down the stairs.

I’ll attach some pics of my Ewcm below and see what y’all think ??

I did an ovulation test the line is darker than I’ve ever seen it but still light no where near positive yet.

has anyone been on the pill for years with the same experience when they were trying to conceive? As in ovulating late in their cycle?

EWCM usually comes before and during ovulation, that certainly looks like it's on its way! I wouldn't worry about the tests not being dark, I have a super quick surge it can go from my baseline to a dye stealer in one day!

Personally, that wouldn’t be my EWCM, mine is clear, stretchier and less gelatinous. You’ll get to know whether that’s right for you or not as time goes on.

With the OPKs, I never got a positive but got pregnant third month of trying with my first. With the second I meant business and wanted to get pregnant ASAP so used the Clearblue Advanced ovulation. Worked well for me as you use your longest hold overnight, no making sure you haven’t been to the loo in a while or haven’t drunk too much. (Conceived second month then!) Clearblue work better as they don’t just look for the LH surge but also a secondary hormone which indicates ovulation.

Thanks for your reply! :) pic doesn’t do it justice for how stretchy it is. And it’s very see-through in person! Gonna BD for the next few days just to be sure! I was sure I was going to get my period this week but maybe I‘ m only half way through my cycle? Just took a while to kick in because of coming off the pill after so long! Thanks again x
