Period Late - what next?

Hi all - I tracked ovulation this month using the clearblue advanced digital tests, we got the static smiley on 12th Aug. I kept testing using cheap LH strips up until 21st Aug and it didn't peak again.

My period was due on 27th Aug but hasn't shown, I haven't had my usual backache / cramps either. I've had some other odd symptoms instead, however I have tested BFN every day so far using FMU.

This is the first time I've been late on my period and I'm just wondering, is it even possible to get a BFP this late? If my period continues to no-show, when should I start testing using ovulation strips again? Is it worth BDing if my period / cycle hasnt reset? Would appreciate any other advice or experience.

Thanks all :)

It's probably unlikely that you're pregnant @PotatoPiee if you're still testing negative. Most probably just one of those delayed periods - you might not have had one since starting to track them but the vast majority of women have late periods from time to time without even noticing - loads of things can affect the cycle from physical to stress etc. You need AF to come to start your next cycle. x
