Miscarriage advice please

Hi I'm sorry if this isn't the right place but I didn't know where to post. I am currently going through a miscarriage. I started bleeding properly on Monday after a bit of brown blood on Sunday. I have continued to bleed quite heavily all week so I am sure the pregnancy is over. How long will I likely bleed for and is it going to still be causing so many cramps and pains in my pelvis? Also my stomach keeps swelling up and getting really sore. Is that normal?

No it's not. I'd either call 111 or take yourself to A&E

Did you get some medical help @susususu? Really sorry happened to you. Found my miscarriage at 7 weeks emotionally hard but physically nowhere near what you described, take care of yourself please x

I have been at a and e today. They said the swelling was not concerning them but said that my hcg levels are very high so they think I may not have completely miscarried so I need a scan on Monday

Hope your scan was OK. I just noticed this post as I'm looking through for miscarriage advice. I hope it wasn't and you are OK but after i had various failed or incorrect miscarriage procedures if it is, then see if you can get a Hysteroscopy with a camera. I luckily got this at the last minute and Tommy's said this is what they recommend too. Hope you do not need this info though xxx
