Implantation bleeding? *pic included*

Hi ladies. I am 11dpo TTW currently. I am due on my period in 4 days time. I’ve been unwell since Saturday (6dpo) had a loose number 2 and have been tired and headache ever since.

Today on wiping I have had some spotting (pic attached). My question is, does this look like implantation bleeding? Or do I log it as an early period?

I just got an Oura ring to sync with my natural cycles app and I am meant to start it on cycle day 1 so is that today? I have no idea what to do 😭

Hi @Donutworryaboutit could be imp bleed, from what I've heard/seen r.e imp bleeding symptoms. When do you plan on testing?

I'm also in my tww, same dpo and days til AF as you! I've either got imp bleeding since yesterday or AF early too. Fingers crossed for us both 🤞🏼

I think I will test in a few days, I’ve read that no point testing until the bleeding stops (that’s if it is implantation at all!) very strange. I am usually always bang on or the day after prediction. What are yours usually like?

I’ve also not had any of my usual pms symptoms yet! At least we are in it together. When will you test?

That's a good plan - gives time for hcg to rise 🤞🏼 I've already been testing but pre-possible imp bleeding, I was testing from 8 dpo. I've ran out of tests for now which is probably a good thing 🤣

Ahh interesting, some cycles can be weird - I wish there was a more clear cut way of knowing! My cycles were like clockwork but had covid at the start of the year and they became a bit all over the place but generally longer cycles, whereas this one seems a lot shorter if not imp bleeding.

I've had mild cramps and really bloated the last couple days, and my sense of smell is so heightened - weird and not my usual AF symptoms. Also been very moody and exhausted (sometimes AF does this to me though)

@Salcal we aren’t technically TTC we are TTW at the moment so I will be surprised if I am as my partner works away and we only managed 2 BD this month!! How are you feeling this morning?

Feeling okay! Less cramps now but so bloated and the spotting is almost gone, very well could start AF in full swing but usually would have started by now! Woke up feeling full of cold too but has eased off now weirdly. How you feeling today?

@Jemmajemma Welcome! 😊 How are you feeling? BD stands for "baby dance/baby dancing" (doing the deed!). Do you usually test early or wait until your period is due?

Usually test early and its so disappointing and a waste of money so was trying not to 🤣

@Jemmajemma sounds like a good plan - wish I had the restraint as like you said waste of money. Keep us posted? It's nice there's a few of us at the same point 🤞🏼

Got a big box of cheapies this cycle but lower sensitivity to stop myself testing frequently - didn't work!
I've got 2 FRER being delivered tomorrow - shock 🙄🤣

I know it is hard, but I would hold off on testing for as long as you can. Early testing often just leads to more questions. It could very well be implantation bleeding based on the timeframe.
