Longest until AF could return while BF?

My DD is nearly 2 and still no AF, I've been trying to cut down her BF but I don't want to stop completely. We're hoping to TTC in a couple of months so hoping it will return before then 👀

I think I was around 2 years too when I was bf my twins. I loved having the break from it! Once they came back they were regular straight away.

Hi, I wasn't making an effort to cut down when they started again. My twins were feeding a bit less though due to being at nursery. I gave it was around the same time that I night weaned I think so that may have been a factor. For the few months before I started I was getting that heavy slightly crampy feeling that you get prior to your period, however nothing happened!
