Does this look like its darkened?

First photo was yesterday about 11am (the photo with white background) second photo just at 8.30am this morning (with bathtub in background).. these are asda cheapest which are 25mIU/ml, I've got some first responce on the way as I ran out as I did one of those yesterday too (see image) do you think the asda cheapest have gotten darker?

This was both within the time frame of 3 mins.

I can't see a line in the first pic but definite lines in the second 2 pics.

@lilroo87 omg thank you, this is such good news as I mc last year and we were so down thinking it'd never happen again and its our first month back trying. And I've just done a digi as it was not pregnant the other day and this has come up...
