Advice on bringing ovulation forward

Hi everyone, can anyone offer any advice on how to bring ovulation forward? When I google I just end up down a rabbit hole 🙈

My cycle is 24 days, previously I used to ovulate CD12 which was ideal. I've been on the pill and also had covid so not sure I'd either of those have had an impact, but I now ovulate CD15 meaning my LP is only 8/9 days which just isn't long enough to get a BFP.

Any tips on bringing ovulation forward a few days??

I believe vitamin b12 could lengthen your luteal phase, but I'm not 100 percent certain so definitely worth having a Google!

Soy isoflavones.

Google "Mumsnet soy isoflavones" and you'll find plenty of info on when and what to take.

Brought my ovulation forward by a couple of days thus lengthening my luteal phase

Thanks both, I'll check out the soy isoflavones because that's just what I need, ovulation just a few a days earlier. I'm still bf my DD too so I'll need to check whatever I look at to see if it's ok with bf.

I took conceive plus ovulation support and that bought my cycles from like 65 days down to a regular 30 day cycle over a few months - I also used them the month I fell pregnant! TTC 8/9 months and on the two months I used them I got BFP - one was sadly a chemical and the second was a healthy pregnancy and now 8 months old! Best of luck

Thanks @boymamax, someone else recommended that so I might try it (will need to check if it's ok to take whilst breastfeeding, unfortunately vit b6 isn't). My cycle was a bit longer this month randomly, so I might leave it another month to see what happens then try some supplements.
