FF changed crosshairs on my bbt chart 🧐

This is my first cycle on metformin for pcos so I was excited to see a bbt rise at all! But fertility friend initially put it on as day 19 and has suddenly changed the dates and confused me!

Would be grateful for any bbt chart expert opinions please! When/ did I ovulate?

Thank you for the replies.. not gonna lie.. I was hoping it was a bit earlier. Cm has been less obvious since I started taking myoinositol and metformin to be honest.. although not the typical egg-white, i noticed it being more liquid day 23/24.

my alarm is for 0650 but sometimes I wake up at 0530 naturally so not sure whether I should be taking my temp then or trying to sleep and lying still in bed waiting for my alarm 🤷🏾‍♀️

i have Letrozole to start with next period. I paid for a private consult and was told to take all the tablets together on day 3- which I haven’t heard of in any forums yet. Watch this space I guess!

Liquid is fertile so yeah sounds about right then. If you can go back to sleep maybe change your alarm to 5.30 so you are consistent. I have zero need to wake up at 6.30 but do so for my bbt and then roll back to sleep. Sometimes ill just wake up though and carry on. 😁
