Help with ultrasound scan

Hi guys.
Can someone shine some light on this please?
I went for a private scan today to check my ovaries due to irregular periods, spotting and pain in left ovary.
I will attach bellow the results.
What does it all mean? I have googled but I can't make any sense?
Where it says multiple sun-centimetre follicles is this normal? Or does that mean I have PCOS?
And regarding the cyst in the left ovary, does that mean the cyst is coming away or just in the process of coming away?
And will these things affect conception a lot?
The man doing the ultrasound was so awkward when I was talking about my periods I didn't feel I could ask any questions after.
Thanks 😊

Normal scan, you’ve recently ovulated.
don’t worry about it. All ovaries have small follicles, hopefully every month one will get bigger and release an egg, become a corpus luteum and then that will eventually collapse, and the cycle continues.
