For those of us who are yet to receive our BFP - I thought it might be nice to share some of the things we do when AF arrives (or just before) to make us feel a little better.
Something a little lighthearted to remind us all that we aren't alone ❤️
For me:
- chocolate angel delight (I'm a child at heart)
- large glass of wine
- comfort foods (usually something a little carb loaded)
- long hot bath
- guilty pleasure movies
