For those of us who are yet to receive our BFP - I thought it might be nice to share some of the things we do when AF arrives (or just before) to make us feel a little better.

Something a little lighthearted to remind us all that we aren't alone ❤️

For me:

  • chocolate angel delight (I'm a child at heart)
  • large glass of wine
  • comfort foods (usually something a little carb loaded)
  • long hot bath
  • guilty pleasure movies

It's so hard not to be disappointed and a little depressed isn't it! I think this is a great idea. I've never thought of trying to do little things to cheer myself up

My distraction is always Morbid on Spotify, it's a true crime podcast but the girls are hilarious, can't help but laugh with them!

@dobby13 what a lovely idea. Its really hard not to feel down when AF arrives so looking forward to hearing what you all do to in being kind to yourself.
I have found myself very emotional around ovulation time and stressing myself out a bit so looking for self care tips here too! A comfort show is my go to, Gilmore Girls is a personal fave or a good audiobook and pounding the pavements!
