OVULATION Haven't had a period since march
this year! Iv been getting cramps last few days (a week) and
manged to get some ovulation tests these are the results
why would 3pm be so faint? Im ttc for 3 years now. Iv been
getting cramps today and sore boobs yesterday. I do drink alot
of water hence why maybe the 3pm test is negative as it was on
a 2 hour hold with alot of water! Shall i test again in morning i
took a p test and was neg so we can rule that out! Need some
help advice. Am i defo ovulating

At a guess it looks like a peak on the morning of 16th.

I would say for the temp to be reliable it needs to be when you first wake in the morning before you do anything, before having water or going to the toilet or standing up. Ideally around the same time E.g I try to do this at 6am. I’m not always good at catching that time but the app notes it was earlier/later.

Also can you measure to 2 decimal places with your thermometer? They tend to be better when tracking bbt to be more precise.

It can take 1-2 days for the temp to increase after ovulation. I would keep checking for the next few mornings. Although you said you haven’t had a period since March, which is a long time. Do you have pcos? I don’t know how reliable opk and bbt is with pcos, I don’t know enough about it though.

I use two apps to keep track of the data: Premom and fertilityfriend, that I really like.

Sorry if you knew all this already, I just saw temps noted at 11pm at night.

Yes i have pcos
And i have neg tests now however alot of cramps so hopefully ovulation is occurring after yesterdays peak🤞🏻🤞🏻
