BBT advice

So I need so advice on taking my BBT.
I haven't been sleeping well the past 5 or days so I don't know how reliable my readings are as my chart seems very drastic, but I do seem to have had a huge dip on 4dpo for secondary estrogen surge and then again at 6dpo for implantation.
Generally I start tossing/turning around 4:30am so I began to take my temp then as I knew after I wouldn't have been very well rested for taking my bbt.
Yesterday at 7dpo I took my temp around 5am and had a slight increase from "implantation dip" the day before. However I then went back to sleep for a few hours and around 8am I took it again and I had a much bigger rise, so for some reason I charted that one.
This morning I took my temperature at around 4/5am like normal and it's either: a slight rise from the lower temp at 5am the day before, or a significant drop from 8am the day before!!

My question is: yesterday, should I have charted the lower rise at 5am to keep in time or the higher rise at 8am because my chart is supposed to have a higher rise the day after "implantation"??

I've posted both examples in pics
