Confused BFP! Can you conceive right after a period?

Hi all,

I have had positive pregnancy tests since 11 August including a 2-3 weeks on a CBD.

Here’s the really baffling part, my last period was 24-27 July so if I did conceive 2.5ish weeks ago, that would mark the conception date around 28 July - looking back at my Flo app, I did report two days of EWCM in the days following my period - could I have ovulated and fell pregnant immediately after my period?

All experience welcome!

I have had several cycles of 19 days including definite signs of ovulation immediately following a period so I don’t see why not.

What was your last period like? is there any chance you could have been pregnant before your last "period" started? What length are you cycles usually?

It was relatively light but I had experienced this for 2 “periods” in a row and was told it was to be expected following an ectopic where I bled constantly for an entire months through May to June.

I had taken pregnancy tests up to and during the light bleeding which all came back negative. I have line progression on many tests (post ectopic trauma) including a 1-2 weeks on CBD followed by 2-3 weeks recorded 3 days later! I also have symptoms this time round which I didn’t with my ectopic.

Holding out hope but very confused.
I have an early scan on 2 September, I’m just a bit wary if they date based on my last period….

I’m fairly certain all of my pregnancies have occurred within a few days of my periods, I just assumed I ovulate really early

Hi all! I just found out I ovulated on day 6 last cycle. Was wondering if that’s similar to any of you as I’m so worried that just 6 days in the cycle isn’t long enough for an egg to mature… any experiences welcome as it’s really worrying me xxx

@SH19 thanks for the update, wow does that mean you actually ovulated just after your period?

Turns out I ovulated within days (maximum 2) of the period ending! At my 12 week scan they dated me forward a few days so I really think we conceived on the 28th 🤯Crazy and confusing but the best news ever 😀
