Letrozole immediate effect

Hello everyone.

I have a question to ask. If i started taking Letrozole last night @ period day 3, is it possible for the LH reading to reflect immediate result --> i dipped an opk today @ period day 4 and it came back almost positive to my suprise...

Is this normal? Honestly asking that i dont have much clues on letrozole, just started recently after almost 3 years ttc. This is my second cycle of letrozole though.

That sounds a little strange ..maybe do a pregnancy test just in case? OPKs can give a positive if they detect HCG. CD4 would really be too soon to ovulate.

digital test is the only test that ive got. i dipped it in my afternoon urine (just now) and expectedly came back as non pregnant. 😂

Well im just too curious with the high reading of my opk. Is it caused by the letrozole, like so immediate? 😅
