Could this be implantation bleeding?

So… about 13/14 days after I assume we’d have conceived, I had some bleeding. It started off relatively heavy, then very light, then nothing. Then today I had a little again… it’s very odd.

I’ve never experienced anything like it. My periods are HEAVY and last 7 full days normally.

I’ve not bothered testing to avoid disappointment

i didn’t have implantation bleeding with my first so not sure what to expect

Could be implantation bleeding @Lulubon although if it started off heavy it's less likely. But for some people it's more than just a bit of spotting. Could be an odd period too - I've had a few of those, very misleading. Best of luck x

Hi just wondering if this ended up being implantation or not? I’m 14 dpo. A couple days late for my period and no cramps. Just sore boobs. But was yours due to implantation or did it end up being a period ?

I'm in this boat at moment. I was so sure I was pregnant this month . Was due AF yesterday and I started bleeding. But its insanely light compared to normal. Hardly worth wearing a pad. I've taken tests -all negative but they are all past the expiry date by atleast 6 months 😅

Congratulations by the way. I'm to scared to go and buy new tests and have a BFN. Think I need to accept the expired tests would still work and I've already had my BFN 😪

I am driving myself mad with it! Lol. Did you wait till bleeding stopped till you did a test? I have bled past two days not much showing on the pad just a few centimetres worth. Not much when I wipe but there is blood inside. My cervix was low for a few hours then mega high since. Getting up in a morning to test and negatives. I need to stop but this doesn’t feel like a period to me ! But when did you test ?

I am the same. Negative tests although they are expired by 6 months 😏 few cm on pad when normally I'm very heavy.
Cramps are still on going. It will be 2 days of heavy spotting for me today and two weeks today since I think I ovulated. I think its probably a little bit to much bleeding for me to be pregnant but if its not pregnancy I don't know whats going on with me !!!!! Feel abit sick, cramps and very light period....

@BHER sorry to hear about the negatives, try a first response but remember you should normally wait about 4 days after the bleeding to test!

We're 2 months into TTC. I've had bleeding since 9dpo (tiny bit that evening) and yesterday and today 10dpo and 11dpo I've had red blood when wiping and using the loo but nothing transferring to underwear. Yesterday is day 23 of my cycle and I'm generally a 28 day cycle but last month by period was 3 days late! I'm not sure what this is as feels way too early to be my period. But lots of blood when I wipe but nothing in undies 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Is first response tests better than clear blue ?

@PWTTCJ21 hey! It would be worth waiting until when you think your period is due and do a test then if you can hold off! When I had my bleeding it was very similar to what you described- best of luck x

@Lulubon thanks for your response. I wish I had that kind of willpower to not test but think I got a vvvfl on a test today but could have been evap line so will see what happens. Do you mind me asking if your bleeding led to a successful pregnancy? Did your bleeding stop and then no period come?

My period was two days late then this bleed happened. I’m entering day 4 but there is very very little brown there this morning. Normally morning is my worst time for bleeding. Knowing my luck be getting my hopes up for nothing! One step tests are still negative x

@LT1234 oh sorry I missed your first message- that’s so strange! Interestingly I’ve had 3 brown bleeds this pregnancy (baby is completely fine) definitely get yourself some first response test- the are the only ones I trust x

Just have to wait till Friday to test and see what it says ! Just a challenge to not test every day 😂 x

@LT1234 aww thats soooo exciting for you congratulations. The bleeding appears to have very nearly gone now so will see what happens. Got two v negative tests this morning though so think it may have been an evap line so trying to not get my hopes up. I'm a crazy person who tests regularly so will see what happens! Was your bleeding red or another colour? Mine was very red and quite a lot when I wiped. Because of the amount and colour I felt like it wasn't implantation bleeding 🤷‍♀️ x

I'm 7dpo (possibly 8) and have noticed some brown discharge on checking my cervix.. Sorry if TMI! I'll try and attach a photo(Sorry!!)
We've been TTC for 18month & I had a Hycosy 12 days ago, so I wonder if the brown discharge could still be lingering from that? I had a small bleed after Hycosy but only for a day.
I do spot before period but not this early and it doesn't look the same.

Has anyone got any words of wisdom? I'm loosing hope so obviously really want this to be implantation, but is that normally red?

In the time of TTC I've had no signs of implantation, no BFPs.. loosing all hope now..

@PWTTCJ21 thank you! From what I remember it was pink to begin with, then heavy red and then brown!
I honestly think it’s so random! I definitely didn’t expect to be pregnant tbh!

@SaraSS oh bless you! That’s a long time. I suppose it could be from the procedure or it come be implantation! By the colour I wouldn’t count it out as implantation at all. I think most peoples is either pink or brown

Trying not to get my hopes up really but also spent most the day googling 🙈 lol

@SaraSS bless you!! The TWW is horrendous I was an excessive tester with both my babies 🤣🤣🤣 even after I had the BFP I tested for about 3 weeks just to make sure 😬🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve tried googling this but can’t seem to find an answer. How do you all feel after implantation bleeding has finished? My symptoms have dropped other than having a crap appetite and some bloating but I’m guessing this could sadly be ovulation starting again

Congratulations on being pregnant! I am due on my period today... nothing as from yet but very strange as I had sex this morning and my partner said there was blood (sometimes there usually is anyway I don't know why so it's quite normal) but I haven't had anything since! I'm hoping nothing comes but just waiting! Xx
