TWW and early ovulation according to OPK

Hiya!

This is my first cycle ttc after an unplanned pregnancy that ended in miscarriage earlier this year. I started using OPKs and I had my LH surge on day 10/11 which struck me as early… luckily we had been DTD regularly as we were on our honeymoon. Does anybody fancy waiting out the TWW with me? By my calculations I’m either 4DPO or 5DPO. And has anyone else ovulated early and conceived?

@LuckyYou13 i got the first vvvvvfl (and I’m talking SUPER faint) at 9DPO. Then another squinter at 10, then a more clear one at 11 and then an even more clear one today. I know what you mean! How many DPO are you now?

@Baileybobz so glad to hear they've been getting clearer for you, exciting stuff! I'm 10DPO today, went to shop and picked up some tests but they're not early ones so I should probably hold off until as close to AF due as possible 🥲

@Baileybobz @LuckyYou13 I’m still without a car and by the time I went to buy FRER’s on Amazon the delivery was Monday (usually use my parents price account so couldn’t get it on prime 😂) so decided to just stick to the cheapies I’ve got left! got 2 left so thinking tomorrow fmu and then Monday or Tuesday if AF not arrived.
Lower abdomen pains again today!! So keeping everything crossed for a bfp without also getting my hopes up too much!!

@LuckyYou13 when is AF due?

AF due on Monday. These tests say from the day period is due so not that long left to wait. Bought 4 so might do one a day Fri-Mon 😆 when are you due AF @Houseelf90?

@LuckyYou13 I’m not sure 🙈 this is my first cycle off the pill. Technically should be Sunday based on when I came off the pill and my old cycles but I’ve not had a period for about 5 years so we shall see (or hopefully not haha)
I am pretty sure I ovulated either 11th or 12th august based on cm though so seems to be roughly on track for that!

Well just testing this morning and AF has arrived!! Onto the next cycle for me!

@Baileybobz thank you! I’m so confused by this whole process tbh 🤣🤣 had some pinkish blood when wiping this morning so thought that was AF arrived, but I haven’t had anything since!! Not even when I wipe!! So now wondering if it could be implantation bleeding but trying not to get my hopes up! I’ve only got 1 cheapie test left so if no more bleeding I’ll test again middle of next week I think!
So, I think I’m out, but still a chance I’m in 🙈

I took a normal and a FRER and no hint of a bfp so I don't think it's my month either. I know there is technically still a chance but I don't want to build my hopes up.

@Houseelf90 sorry I hadn't seen that you still had a chance after all. Its such a roller coaster journey this TTC business 😅🤪

@Houseelf90 I tested this morning because I had one left and it was darker than two days ago so that put my mind at rest! Any news?

@Baileybobz that’s great news! I’ve had the smallest amount of red/brown on a pad yesterday afternoon and this morning. Still not clear if it’s AF or implantation bleed as heard that can last a few days. Will wait it out as long as I can then do my last cheapie test I think. Am pretty sure I’m out, but worth a cheapie test in a few days I think if I don’t get a proper AF!

Great news @Baileybobz I think you can officially officially count yourself as pregnant! Congratulations!

Is this normal for you @Houseelf90, noticed any spotting before AF in previous cycles? If not then could very well be implantation bleeding.

I'm not testing today but probably will with FMU tomorrow 🙈

@LuckyYou13 I’ve been on the mini pill for years so could have all changed but don’t remember having this before then!!

13dpo, had some classic PMS symptoms so I won't be testing. Will see if AF arrives tomorrow as expected.

Well that’s me officially out, proper AF arrived well and truly this morning! Onto next month….

@LuckyYou13 thank you! Hopefully you’ll still get a BFP this month, I’ve seen a few people that think they’re out and then they get one! But if not I’ll see you in the next cycle!

Visit from AF this morning, guess my bbs weren't telling me I was pregnant after all 😂. Fingers crossed for the next cycle. Gonna try and be more chill in the next one 🤪
