Prev twins anyone??

Anyone on here had diff symptoms with twins than a single pregnancy just out of interest?? Like early pregnancy signs 5-6-7 weeks

Nope. Twins second time round. Wouldn’t have known without the scan (until I was the size of several houses).

Yes, people spotted I was pregnant when I was about 7 or 8 weeks. I was really slim before I got pregnant so that might’ve meant it was more noticeable. I was lucky to have roughly 7lb babies but they ruined my bikini body!!

Virtually no symptoms with first born, felt like hell around testing time with the twins, sore and nauseous etc. Lots more "growing" pains early on too altho they did see a cyst on my ovary when I got scanned so maybe that too. I tested because I felt that bad I thought i must be due on

@J1290 I’m currently 17 weeks with twins.

The difference between this pregnancy and my first (singleton) is that the first trimester was FAR worse. Everything more intense - sickness, tiredness, growing pains.

I had mild symptoms straight away (erect nipples and bleeding gums from about 9dpo). But at week 5 my digestive issues kicked in and I felt awful from that point.

With my singleton I had about a week of feeling nauseous and having headaches and that was it 😂

Yes , exreme hunger with twins and lots of nausea. Much less symptoms with single baby.

Extreme sickness, awful stomach pains I thought it was ectopic! Tested positive really early too

No, I had no symptoms at all until about 22 weeks with twins, sick as a dog first trimester with singleton

12 not 22!

Sudden dreadful fatigue at about that time, although that may have been the fact I was waaay older than my first pregnancy ( in my 40s as opposed to my 20s)

My sickness was worse with singleton than with twins like pp

Iv had prev bad HG both singletons.this time more mild prob spesking too soon

Tested this time on period day was dark. Dye stealer esrly on. And the cramps are driving me crazy. Either hungry or feeling sick. 6 weeks now and have a scan tuesda. My little girl is adament were having twins! Shes 4yrs old. Prob low chance just dont feel the same. Boobs painful from the begin and small drop of milk 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Yes nausea before I'd even missed a period. Stomach pains and awful diarrhoea, saw GP about this as concerned it was an ectopic pregnancy. Started showing much earlier than my previous singleton pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting all day/night long. Was relieved at the 12 week scan as I felt so unwell

I’ve had 2 singletons and twins in the middle. Had bleeding at 6 weeks with the twins which is apparently v common in twin pregnancy.

Nope! Just one for me! Thank god
