Had you had a positive pregnancy test?

lots of women can pass clots/tissue during periods, either as a one off or sometimes it can become a regular occurrence. It doesn’t automatically mean MC. My DH is infertile, so no chance of pregnancy, and I would often pass clots, especially if AF was late.

Sometimes it’s perfectly normal and common to bleed during pregnancy.

Did you have cramping?

I personally had similar when I had a chemical pregnancy - it’s heartbreaking. But I know a lot of women who have bled and baby has been fine.
