Hi guys,

I had a very long and complicated miscarriage between March-June and have now just started trying again.

Second month trying and I got a BFP at 11dpo on FR and then did another this morning at 12dpo and it looks slightly lighter. Picture attached

I know I'm being super paranoid and it's really bloody early and only two tests to compare but I'm just wondering if anyone had any experiences of this? Or even just a hand hold. Anyone had this and it not been a chemical pregnancy?

Thanks!

but todays was lighter??
im in your paranoid group!

@cdsph it’s a fair coloured line for 11dpo. And you won’t get much change between 11/12 as only one day. Expect much more colour change between 48 hours.

do another tomo and compared 11/13dpo. Is the best way.

but they look totally fine for where you are at at the moment xx

@cdsph HCG levels in your blood are low as it’s early and things like the amount of water drunk before will affect the result (even with FMU). Not something you can measure. Best to have at least a couple of days between testing otherwise you create unnecessary worry. Give it a couple of days at least if you want to compare (there was someone on a different thread the other day who was devastated by the lines not getting brighter and then got a dye stealer next). With you on the post-MC anxiety though and best of luck x

@J1290 these look amazing, congratulations!

@Indianna2006 @stardust00 thank you so much for your responses.

The anxiety is mental isn't it! I will tell myself not to test again for a couple of days but I know I'm going to test again tomorrow.

I feel like these posts never end well but I'll try and be positive!
