Clear blue false test

Has this ever happened to anyone, I took a clear blue fertility test a day ago from the last box I bought, and showed high peak, I had another monitor that I had used before I lifted it by accident I used it and now just shows low fertility

If these are the ones with flashing and solid smilies then you always get low fertility the first time you use a monitor as it's setting a base line.
