Ovulation Testing

Hi all, I'm sure that many of you have experience of using OPK...I don't as yet.

When is the best time of day to use these tests? How many times each day should I test?

Would refrain from using these especially if your menstrual cycle is irregular.

Quite apart from the problems associated with them (they work on the misleading principles that women only have one rise in LH every month and that such a rise is immediately followed buy this - both these are not true) they are expensive to boot.

Blood tests will be far more accurate an indicator re ovulation.
