Thought I just posted but can't see the thread..

I think I'm 8dpo based on cervical mucus - I don't track so could be wrong but thought period should be due on around 13/14th

Is this the start of something??? Is it too soon so these must be evaps??

Top one was two hours ago and then bottom is just now .. was in shock so tested again.

Might got and buy one of those CB early digital tests??? Do you think that would show this early??

Well with my first baby, I tested at 10 dpo and it was instantly a very strong positive. So I'd say it's certainly possible to get a fainter positive 8 dpo!

Congratulations!! X

Beachsidesunset · 08/08/2022 15:06

Yes, mine looked like that at 8dpo on a FRER (currently 37 weeks!) Congratulations?

stardust00 · 08/08/2022 17:18

Looks like a positive OP x

jupeBex · 08/08/2022 17:36

Definitely positive! Congratulations xx

hipposinacircle · 08/08/2022 17:38

I have just done a clear blue 6 days early and it's very negative..
Any thoughts??

PS thanks all, it's great news to me but not sure my DH will agree 🤣🤣🤣 (we were not trying)

I'm 9dpo and my test is pretty much the same! Clear blue if you've only just taken it it might be your wee is too diluted :) xx

Mine looked that at 9DPO with DD1 and a tiny bit fainter than that at 6DPO with DD2. I had severe hyperemesis with both and always assumed they were such early positives because there was so much hormone. I was sick as a dog pretty much from the time the test went pink!

CountrysideVibes · 08/08/2022 18:49

Thanks both :) we will see what the next few days hold!

@BurnDownTheDiscoHangTheDJ interesting as I have been feeling a little nauseous today but thought it was just the nerves of seeing a maybe positive test!!

This was my 8dpo (top) and 9dpo (bottom). She's now 2 Smile

How come you tested so early if you're not trying, are you getting symptoms? Would be another sign.

I am going on holiday next week and have a prescription for some tablets to delay my period. Since I'm not on contraception and the method my husband and I use is not reliable (starts with a P ends in OUT 😂) I thought I better check I wasn't pregnant just in case as you can't take them during pregnancy!

My boobs are also a bit sore but not sure if I am imagining it!

The first responses definitely look positive. The clear blue digitals are a lot less sensitive. I wouldn't expect them to pick up a positive for a few more days.

NatGee · 08/08/2022 21:07

Wow congratulations!wishing you a healthy and happy pregnancy :)

Its definetly possible. With my last baby I got a positive test 13 days after having sex and prior to that we hadnt had sex in around 2 months

I was so shocked to get a positive so early

CountrysideVibes · 09/08/2022 13:09

I have just done another first response and it was negative. Think the first two yesterday must have been bad tests.
Gutted 😞

Sunflowers87 · 09/08/2022 14:48

sorry to hear that? Possibly chemical as they were definitely positives :(

CountrysideVibes · 25/08/2022 21:00

By way of an update.. I'm on period and passed a massive clot today, was easily the size of a ping pong ball. So definitely think this was a chemical.
Heart wrenching 😞
