Help! Provera / Clomid - period

Evening everyone! Need your help. I have PCOS so have been given provera to start my period before taking clomid (I haven’t had a natural period since February).

I am on day 4 of provera (out of 10 days) and my period has just started. My boobs have been painful for a few weeks so makes sense.

My consultant has said take clomid on day 2 of my period. Now do I stop the provera and wait for day 2 and take clomid or do I continue with provera?

I would ask my consultant but he gives me three cycles and I don’t have monthly scans / blood tests etc so not sure what to do (especially not being able to check over the weekend!)

any experience or help would be amazing x

Hey what did you end up doing? I'm on day 1 of bleed from provera now and I'm due to start the clomid tomorrow but it's all so confusing

Did you have any luck with ovulating that month? I'm going to take clomid today and I'm nervous!! X

How did it go for you ladies? I'm on day 3 of provera and getting period pains so hopefully that's a good sign my body is being kick started 😁

Hey! I’m 5 weeks pregnant so very well :)
Found out my Luteal phase was very short and was given progrsterone once I ovulate and first round worked :) (it was my third cycle of clomid) - I only ever had to use provera the first cycle as I kept ovulating on 50mg x
