Is this a normal miscarriage?

Found out this morning I was having an MC.

I have had a chemical in the past so thought I knew what I was dealing with.

I feel like I could throw up.. overwhelmingly exhausted and feel dizzy. Along with the usual MC signs and symptoms.

No major cramping or pain.

Sorry you’re going through this @Dougalls. How far along are you? I had a chemical which felt just like an unpleasant period and then a MMC at 10 weeks where the baby stopped growing at 6. That was a lot more intense. Felt like a really heavy period with tissue coming out and brief contraction like sensations. I was completely drained, nauseous and dizzy. It didn’t last long luckily for me. I hope it’s not too horrible of an experience for you, take care

Might be worth calling 111 to be sure. I think when I had mine they said feeling dizzy/faint wasn’t normal.
