TTC and reflexology

I have my first reflexology appointment next week and feeling nervous. Has anyone got any success stories about this?

I've been TTC for so long and although Im sceptical, I'll try anything at this point!

Hi @bathbombaholic i know many ladies mention positive results of fertility acupuncture, however nothing is changing for me neither with reflexology nor acupuncture. I have even changed the acu therapist recently hoping for a miracle..
I have also been trying for a long time.

@bathbombaholic to be honest, I don’t know. I definitely love reflexology, but acupuncture not so much. I’m not scared of needles at all, but it’s not smth very relaxing for me. It’s relaxing when they are in and therapist puts music on, but inserting them - not smth I look forward to 🤷‍♀️
But yes, try one or the other- you never know it might help you.
