Just got a bfp

Hi, just got a bfp yesterday on the digital. Have one 8 year old but haven't conceived again til now. I'm happy but not sure whether to get excited or not because I'm 41 and worried whether it'll stick. Any positive stories from other 41 year olds?

I'm 41 (42 in December) and currently 33 weeks pregnant 😊
