Hi ladies ! I got a positive test this afternoon. Obviously I have no self control so I tested 3 hours later to see if I’d still have a line but it’s clearly negative . Hint of a line but very faint compared to the top one . Should I just assume false positive ?

It could just be that there wasn't enough hcg detected in your second one. I would re test in the morning x

NatGee · 04/08/2022 21:02

At this early stage you want to have as much hcg concentration as possible. Try to be consistent with early morning urine. But ill say, the first result is very promising, i think this might be it for you :D Baby dust!!

Bells3032 · 04/08/2022 21:05

You should always test with first morning urine. As the day goes on your urine gets more diluted and hcg which the tests detect less concentrated.

So fingers crossed all will be good

Congrats

Wait two days (I know it feels impossible) and test again. Hormone levels should double every 2 days so you should be able to see a clear result then 😁

was today’s the top or bottom one? I can’t see a line on the bottom one, but there is a faint line on the top one but it looks in the wrong place. Can you try a digital?
