Is there any chance 0.58 could have been my peak? Or is this far too low?

What day do you usually ovulate on or is this the first time using?

I never get past a 1.0 and I ovulate (based on blood tests) but it's usually 0.7 or above.

LH fluctuates so it could be that you haven't yet ovulated. I also find if I'm really hydrated my lines are lower which is a pain cos I drink water all day long and it's hard to hold a pee for OPK testing.

For me personally I would count that as positive but I know my LH levels are usually low and others get a really strong positive so it depends which camp you are in.

Also, on the 29th you only took one test based on the picture and I can have a low in the morning and peak in the afternoon then low the following morning so it's possible you missed your peak.

It’s my first time. I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since Feb so super hard for me to know. I’ve had very sore boobs (a few days before I did the test which is why I randomly started doing it).

I’ve been told to start provera before clomid so maybe I’m just getting excited that I may have ovulated / became pregnant. Probably wishful thinking. Thanks for replying x

@Ldougal92 I use the Same ones but found that I had a better result in the afternoon rather than the morning I did read somewhere that they aren’t the best at giving results with FMU so maybe try them in an afternoon (I always got my high and peak around 3pm ish)

This is so interesting - so I may have have potentially missed the peak that afternoon! I will definitely start doing them in the afternoon going forward thank you! x

It may have peaked later that day as surges can be very fast (mine go from low to peak in the same day and last cycle I used opk it was 0.64 in morning then 1.55 peak by 4.30 that afternoon) but as you’ve got PCOS I don’t think opk’s are recommended to be reliable as you can have a lot of LH surges that don’t always peak or end up with ovulation.

afternoon definitely tends to be higher on these opk. I always do afternoon around 5pm and then mornings as well at 7am when it’s close to my peak as I missed it the first cycle as it’s so quick
