Provera (before clomid)

Evening everyone!

Quick question, I started provera today, before I start on clomid. The dr mentioned 7 to 10 days. Now, does anyone have any experience on whether it would be better for me to do 7 or 10 days (I don't like that I wasn't given a specific amount of time)

Any advice would be wonderful.

Hey, I took provera recently to induce period so I could start Chlomid. I followed my GPS guidance and did 7days and I got my period around 4 days after finishing the course. Hope this helps and good luck 🤞

Same as pp, i did 7 days. Be warned, i had the WORST side effects. PMT x 10000000. For me it happened on day 6 or 7 i think? It was horrible - ive never had rage like it. Apparently if you already suffer from PMT, it can exacerbate symptoms them so maybe try and not plan anything stressful for those days. I was supposed to be meeting up with DH's family!! 🙈

Oh gosh what a nightmare!!! I’ve taken it once before and fingers crossed was ok - keep your fingers crossed. Do you remember if you had 5mg as well?
